May 28th- Breadwinning101 Workshop
Thursday, May 28th, 2026
5:30-7:30 PM
Sourdough doesn’t have to take over your life.
In fact… it shouldn’t.
This intimate, hands-on class is designed to show you how sourdough can fit into your real, everyday routine—whether you’re managing a household, working full-time, or simply craving a slower, more intentional way to bake.
Together, we’ll walk through a realistic rhythm of sourdough baking—from feeding your starter to planning your dough schedule—so you leave with a clear, doable plan that works for your lifestyle (not someone else’s rigid timeline from the internet).
What You’ll Experience:
- A simplified, step-by-step breakdown of sourdough baking
- How to feed and maintain your starter without overwhelm
- How to build a baking schedule that works for your week
- Live demonstration of the full bread-making process
- Time to ask questions and connect in a small, supportive group
You’ll also receive your own established sourdough starter to take home—ready to bake with.
Gluten-Free & All-Purpose Options
This class is designed to meet you where you are.
We will be teaching both gluten-free and traditional all-purpose sourdough methods, making this accessible whether you’re baking for health reasons or preference. GlutenFree/ Dairy Free Samples available for those who need.
(Traditional sourdough made with all-purpose flour will be demonstrated and discussed)

- You’ve tried sourdough before and felt overwhelmed
- You want a simple, repeatable system that fits your life
- You value real food, slow processes, and intentional living
